2. String the ideas into phrases: Now, start forming some of the ideas you came up with into phrases. Be sure to use lots of action words. And, use adjectives that describe your feelings for him.

3. Put the words into a poem: Finally, start stringing your phrases into the lines of a poem. Play with the sounds that each word combination makes. See if you can form them into a meaningful arrangement. You will be pleasantly surprised as you see the poem form before your eyes.
